70 years old female presented with claudication pain in her right lower limb. Peripheral angiogram revealed complete occlusion of Anterior Tibial Artery - one of the major blood vessels of the leg. She underwent successful peripheral angioplasty with bounding pulse post procedure. Peripheral angioplasty is a minimal invasive procedure where in the blocked arteries are opened with a balloon catheter inserted via the blood vessel in the thigh.
