Chronic Total Occlusions (CTO) are often difficult to open, specially so in post CABG patients. Recently did this angioplasty on a 80 years old elderly male with history of IHD, HTN, DM, s/p CABG 10 yrs back . He presented with history of recent worsening of angina and breathlessness . Angiogram revealed complete occlusion of the SVG Graft and CTO of the native RCA. PTCA with stenting to the native RCA was done successfully via right Radial artery . Patient is angina free and discharged a day after the procedure.
