From 96 kgs to 65 kgs – A Journey of Discipline & Transformation
When Mrs Anu first came to me in Dec 2024, she was struggling with high BP, obstructive sleep apnea and fatigue. After a detailed evaluation, the plan was simple but not easy — lifestyle change, sustainable weight loss, and consistency.

• Strength training at home
• Brisk walking 6–7 km daily at a pace 10 min/km
• Portion control and early dinners
• Adequate protein intake (1 gm/kg body weight)
